How I honed my craft
I trained at the Centro Culinario the Culinary Trainer School, where I refined classical technique and built the foundation that I now blend with Costa Rican traditions.

Carlos and his assistant were amazing. They were very attentive. The food was not only presented beautifully but it was delicious. Carlos also augmented the original menu to our liking. I would definitely use him again.
